Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your STOVHINI pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help you. Here's how returns work.

1. Eligibility

• The item was purchased directly from stovhini.com
• Your return request is made within 14 days of delivery
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact

Please note: return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below). We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. Returns due to incorrect size selection are treated as standard returns and are not covered by us.

 

2. Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, return your original order for a refund and place a new order. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering to avoid this.

 

3. How to start a return

Email us at info@stovhini.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions and the return address.

 

4. Shipping the item back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

 

6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, showing the item and your order number. We'll review your claim and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or full refund. In most cases, we'll ask you to return the item first — we'll cover that return shipping. We reserve the right to request additional information or decline claims that appear fraudulent or inconsistent with our findings.
